Todd Covert

Head of School, Co-Founder of The Montessori School of the Berkshires

As Head of School, Todd brings a range of experiences and qualifications to his leadership work. In addition to earning a MA in Educational Leadership, Todd has participated in NAMTA’s Whole School Management Tier 1 and 2 workshops and has Montessori Elementary training. He has also attended the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence leadership training. Todd serves as Vice-Chair of The Montessori Schools of Massachusetts. He also runs Todd Covert Leadership where he provides coaching and school leadership mentorship services.

Todd holds a certificate in Montessori Leadership from Whole School Leadership through Loyola University in Maryland.
