Eileen is an attorney, change maker, leadership consultant, and child and family advocate who has worked to shape policy for the improvement of the lives of the most vulnerable.

She has served as president of the Cincinnati Board of Education and as a member for many years. She is a member of the Xavier University Advisory Council, and a long-time member of the Cincinnati community, she has been a part of the advocacy efforts to enlarge the impact of Montessori education in the city particularly for children of color.
